And then apparently the same dish, every day... definitely a very scientific approach.
- ssijak 3y agoDefinitely, a much longer list than it should be necessary https://freight.cargo.site/w/900/q/75/i/177f6e6b12f3c2b247d1c631e6a5394b583cf3cb4f52577531c85586a41431f3/Screen-Shot-2022-12-15-at-2.47.41-PM.png https://freight.cargo.site/w/900/q/75/i/177f6e6b12f3c2b247d1... It would only make sense if he wants to test if he can function optimally without getting these micronutrients from "real food"
- Dave3of5 3y agoYeah I noticed this and was going to mention it. That many supplements is very very odd. Many people have lived very long over the years without resorting to that many pills.
- msandford 3y agoThe "food" in America has never been grown with more fertilizer. It's probably missing all kinds of stuff that would be there otherwise. You can buy and eat only organic and that might help. Even that's no guarantee of nutrient quantity though.
- drcross 3y agoI cant tell if you're being sarcastic but the protocol was developed as the result of his teams reading the latest published literature. I'm not being snarky here but if you have a problem with it, it's the result (by definition) of you not being up to date on what the corpus of science is telling us about nutrition.
- cactusplant7374 3y agoTaking more vitamins than necessary is associated with cancer risk. https://ascopubs.org/doi/full/10.14694/EdBook_AM.2014.34.e478 https://ascopubs.org/doi/full/10.14694/EdBook_AM.2014.34.e47...
- itishappy 3y agoHis protocol was developed as a result of his team trying anything and everything that might potentially help. "The definition of what the corpus of science is telling us about nutrition" is overselling it. There's a reason the site is plastered with "this is not medical advice" disclaimers.
