- Podgajski 3y agoDC currents emit a static magnetic field with a frequency of 0Hz. This is not my concern since the magnetic field is so weak from a 12v system. Frequency is the issue with AC currents. because the EMF from AC lines are time varying, they can induce currents and voltages in nearby conductive objects, like people.
