Apart from that, the strong family tie culture in China, and the "Hukou" system(imo it’s not a good system at today), especially the rural type of Hukou granting the usage of lands almost ensures in the end there will be a place for people to live without being homeless. Will there be economic recession? Likely yes, are there homeless people? Absolutely. Will there be massively increase of homelessness due to this recession in China? It’s very unlikely.
