I use DBeaver, and I know I have received messages of this type when I try to run mutations without a WHERE. Maybe the author had previously disabled this check

I use DBeaver, and I know I have received messages of this type when I try to run mutations without a WHERE. Maybe the author had previously disabled this check? I also configure databases to be "Production" within DBeaver, which adds a few extra "Are you sure checks?" so that might be why I see the message.
