A local portable toilet rental company uses the Eastman-Kodak [1] calendar (13 equal months; numeric dates always fall on same weekday; New Years Day is not in any month).
They do this for profitability, as it allows them one additional billing cycle per annum. I feel it's dishonest, they feel it's "business as usual."
