This is why I hate utilitarianism. Everything can be boiled down to being "less evil" than something else, at which point it is easier to be "permissible" when liberty isn't license. Like that whole argument made which gave a binary decision of "would you rather be a hog in a confinement crate until you die? Or would you rather live with someone who loves and cares for you and also just so happens to have sex with you occasionally?"
