I created a SaaS with Htmx with Django back end
- ramiboutas 3y agoI have being learning web development for 3 year in order to build a SaaS. Now I can say it is done, or mostly done. I faced too many changes. For example: I started using Ajax, but it was awful... I have to learn more. I also used celery, but it was too complicated, and sometimes it stopped working (specially celery-beat) without any reason. So I switch to huey (which is amazing). Over the last months, I simplified the source code and the business logic, making it more maintainable. If the code is more maintainable, I am less to fall into procrastination (which is my worst enemy). I hope you like it. Happy 2024! Rami.
- mtmail 3y agoYou probably want to add 'Show HN' to the title to be listed on https://news.ycombinator.com/show https://news.ycombinator.com/show That's basically the "I've build something, I'm looking for feedback" category of HackerNews. It's better if the title describes the project rather than the programming languages used.
