Fox News Dominates Ratings in 2023, as Cable News Suffers Viewership Declines

Somethings not right with this article. Cable news never cracks the top 20. Wrestling routinely beats it. Looks more like they made a very small pond so they can claim to be the biggest fish in it. This only mentions a news show once, and that's "60 minutes" https://variety.com/2023/tv/news/most-watched-shows-2023-ncis-oscars-blue-bloods-super-bowl-yellowstone-1235854795/ https://variety.com/2023/tv/news/most-watched-shows-2023-nci... https://variety.com/2023/tv/news/most-watched-shows-2023-ncis-oscars-blue-bloods-super-bowl-yellowstone-1235854795/ https://variety.com/2023/tv/news/most-watched-shows-2023-nci...

    > Somethings not right with this article. Cable news never cracks the top 20. Wrestling routinely beats it. TIt's specifically about ratings for cable news channels, not TV generally; basically that's just Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, CNBC, maybe a few others. So, Fox most popular cable news channel, overall viewership of cable news is shrinking. Edit: the story is confusingly written, as it happens to mention that FNC is the most watched cable channel, but then just discusses relative performance of news networks specifically.
