From the paper: Statistically significant predictors of Long COVID at four weeks of follow-up were—
Pre-existing medical conditions (2.0x)
Having a higher number of symptoms during acute phase of COVID-19 disease (11x)
Two doses of COVID-19 vaccination (2.3x)
The severity of illness (5.7x)
Being admitted to hospital (3.9x)

- GuB-42 3y agoNo, it really is as it says on the tin. More vaccination = more long covid. The study recognizes a bias though. The study is done in a hospital, with a lot of severe covid. If the vaccine is more effective at preventing severe covid than it is at preventing long covid, as it is likely the case, then such an effect is to be expected. In the most simple case, if you survived thanks to the vaccine, you can get long covid later, the dead can't.
