What is the justification for this claim beyond simply relying on "common sense"?
- YetAnotherNick 3y agoI just found Europe developers to be very good. So likely it's not a skills issue. But I could be wrong. And for a job like software engineering, skills and regulation should be the only factor for salary of a team as outsourcing is done by everyone.
