- ttyyzz 3y agoWhat? Of course you should wire everything up if possible, but some devices just don't allow that. I once used the USB to Ethernet adapter that came with my Fire TV, only to discover that it runs at 100 Mbit and that the USB controller is a bottleneck. In addition, the connection kept dropping out, so I switched back to WiFi for that specific device.
