imo you should always squash,when merged pr / mr should act as a single unit not many commits. Also having many commits does not means it's going to be easier

imo you should always squash,when merged pr / mr should act as a single unit not many commits. Also having many commits does not means it's going to be easier to revert / fix than a single big one.
