I was able to get a fully functional Windows 11 install using UTM on my M1 MBP. This really helped with some Windows-only android tools with USB passthrough. I've not tried Linux. I've always wondered what the security posture is of UTM, QEMU, etc. Is an escape trivial or is there thought put into security?
