Just practice more Spanish. I am a Spanish native speaker who later learned English, French and Italian for work. In my case, I don't have the feeling of translating sentences/ideas/concepts to English in my mind. They just come naturally, or don't come at all. When they don't come naturally, it's normally because of a lack of vocabulary, so I switch to Spanish and lookup that word/expression in a dictionary.
