Few thousands or tens of thousands of people are not something that can move the housing market that much.
- jimmydorry 3y agoIt all comes down to how quickly new living spaces are made. The common theme in all of the most expensive cities of the world is the supply of new housing being vastly lower than the demand. 10,000 people may not seem like a lot, but if there are only 5,000 new residences coming on the market a year, this is a problem that will quickly compound.
