- jprd 3y agoWow. The blazingly white-hot entitlement evident here (strictly for US audiences, mind you) makes me feel extremely nauseated, and I'm already familiar with the inherent bias of this shill blog. Yay Markdown (seriously - thank you). I still deeply abhor this Elysium / Centurion lounge metaphor, the defense of that elitist behavior, and all this post tries to convey.
- lapcat 3y agoWhich entitlement do you mean exactly? I think Gruber is asking in the post, why do Android users feel entitled to access iMessage, a service that they don't pay for?
- ahazred8ta 3y agoMany of the people you're speaking of are iPhone owners who want to interoperate with their other devices.
- ksjskskskkk 3y agoso much apple apologism. so, beeper (multi IM client) is the bad guy because they charge $2 to offer an aggregation service. but apple is the good guy because they keep f@+$#@ the competition in detriment of what their $1200 per year device clients want to do with said devices? oh yeah daringfireball, let's jail those criminal beeper founders!
