Tbf, if Python devs would just use stdlib, as you can for many, many tasks, this isn’t nearly as much of a problem. I’ve seen people install numpy so they could compute Euclidean distance. math.dist() is _right there_, people. Same with requests, if you're doing trivial things. urllib.request() exists.
