I'm no different from the many dozens of contractors we already pay who are located in other countries. The IRS does not require tax contributions from company or the contractor if the contractor's domicile is outside the US and does not meet the substantial presence test. Don't worry I've done my research and consulted tax lawyers. It's all very much legal.
