Do they ever respond? Maybe the block comes and goes, and has nothing to do with attempts to contact Microsoft?
- seszett 3y agoThey responded to me when I asked to get unblocked: We have implemented mitigation for your IP (51.15.2.26) and this process may take 24 - 48 hours to replicate completely throughout our system.
- huhtenberg 3y agoYep, exactly. That's the follow-up we get for the "Escalate" request. The IP's different tho :)
- jeltz 3y agoThey have always responded to me when I have contacted them. I have had to contact them twice.
