Just ran into this when I was about to upload two new packages. Sadly, I procrastinated a bit today, so didn't get the packages out earlier. Oh well, I guess holding off before uploading to PyPI isn't a big deal. At least they work on https://test.pypi.org https://test.pypi.org (it is still functional)
