- gpm 3y agoPer the article, it's targeted to the synthetic dye. The dye is already in common use to target cancer cells for imaging. So yes. They've also cured some mice with it already, so it has to be reasonably well targeted...
- mcint 3y agoThey've quoted a kill rate, but that's neither sensitivity nor specificity. Sounds much better than general chemotherapy. Hope it stays selective in vivo. The light-triggered aspect seems promising.
