Do other countries all use the same reasoning?
- MetaWhirledPeas 3y agoI don't think this was your point, but no they don't. Specifically China. What will happen if China has unbridled training for a decade while the United States quibbles about copyright? I think publications should be protected enough to keep them in business, so I don't really know what to make of this situation.
