  > Data ownership as a redistributive element Of course, and especially regarding non-personal data, but with personal data you always have the fundamental issues discussed in the paper. At a technical level, for instance, you have the issues with the right to erasure, the right to correction, and some other rights; I haven't followed the blockchain space close enough to know where the state-of-the-art is.
