There's also the corresponding superiority complex. We are the smartest bunch ever in all the sciences, engineering and intellectual endeavours ever. We make the world move, the universe was written in C++ or Rust (although it is damn hard to write a doubly linked list or graph in Rust) and such. This arrogance is so visible that is subject of or is featured in film and TV already. Maybe I have not met lots of people but I'm sure there are a lot more smart maybe more smarter people in mathematics, physics, electronics, mechanical engineering and industrial design etc. Wonder if they're also equally arrogant.
