We need more docs who are trained in Finance. Not by Biz schools or Wall St but as a separate programme run by Med schools. If you want to disintermediate and reduce dependence on financial middle man you need to run your own education/research programmes on finance. Dont dependent on anyone with pure finance training to do it for you. Same goes for scientists, engineers, creatives, military etc. Its high time Finance get put in its place. But it has to be a collective goal of everyone.
