A 12VO PSU can still choose to provide SATA power ports, and I imagine that at some point there will be PCI-E to SATA power adapters for PSUs that support 2x GP

A 12VO PSU can still choose to provide SATA power ports, and I imagine that at some point there will be PCI-E to SATA power adapters for PSUs that support 2x GPUS and users who want 1x GPU and a lot of SATA.
