- ceejayoz 3y agoNot necessarily. Their “we won’t pay, and will go scorched earth on your patent portfolio” may prevent a flood of others with BS patents showing up.
- eganist 3y agoOr legitimate claims, which is likely the deciding factor behind apple doubling down. Apple should lose this, if only to minimize the deterrent effect so that others know they can prevail with legitimate claims.
