They are not hard to find, you just reject them before you can see them.
- softprod 3y agoI was a Software Developer for 10 years so I fully understand this industry can be toxic and sometimes exploits workers. I can't say that my recruitment practices are "great" but I do put a lot of effort into not rejecting people for dogmatic reasons.
