If we changed the US Constitution so that every person has the individual right to import, purchase, own, redistribute, manufacture, and use anything that is vaguely medical without any taxation, restriction, or tracking from any source whatsoever... Then we could just buy our meds from Cipla and be done with most of the corrupt American healthcare system.
