My proposal is that my browser downloads all the content, it just does not display the advertisement. This levels the playing field among traditional broadcast, the content creators get paid and it is just a little less ethical than just getting up to use the bathroom during a commercial break. If Google and ad agencies want to press the issue, this is really the next step.
