- hobs 3y agoIt really does depend on your definition - "If I were not Alexander, then I should wish to be Diogenes." might be apocryphal but metrics of success are so weird to apply to an individual externally, everyone is going to have their own slightly different definition.

- wslh 3y agoYes, Alexander the Great died at 32 years old while Bach died at 65. Apples and organges but two great achievers.
