Coincidentally the infotainment system in my new F150 has crashed more than my partner’s Tesla. But I really hate the lack of buttons in the Tesla. It feels so incredibly unsafe to have to look at the screen to turn heated seats on.
And I think I like CarPlay more than Tesla’s infotainment setup these days.

You can always wait until a stop at intersection or highways while on autopilot or use auto or use voice command. People use touchscreens all the time to scroll media, yet climate controls are somehow sacred.
