Trademark laws seem to be useful. Laws against theft seem to be generally nice. Laws against selling company secrets. Contract laws.
- lotsofpulp 3y agoAnd considering California pumps out the most profitable businesses, then clearly non competes are probably not good for the overall business environment (even if they might need good for incumbents).
