  Perpetual motion / Overunity / nonsense! We have discussed a lot of 'HHO' stuff over at fieldlines.com. Even if you didn't enjoy science at school, the laws of thermodynamics stiull apply to you. If the CEO really said this then the board should urgently investigate their fitness to continue. I understand that Toyota has dug itself into a hole with H2 vehicles. This is a much much deeper hole if as reported, and not some third-party scam.
