That gives you the best of both worlds: access to all the deals, payment platforms, of a US company, with the low cost of living. As long as it's just you to bootstrap, it's great. You'll face scaling issues eventually: how do you hire 10 great engineers? But hopefully, once you reach that point, your business generates enough revenue or traffic that you can pay for it.
