Tech Recruiter – Advice
Hi All, I wanted to see if anyone in this network could give some guidance. I'm a technical recruiter and used to post and hire through HackerNews. This community always is filled with smart and eager engineers. I recently decided to open my own recruiting llc, so it's just me and I'm trying to build a client list to obtain roles to work on and hopefully do this full time. My question is: How would you suggest I stand out in a tough recruiting market? I do LinkedIn outreaches, have connected with my network, am hustling as much as possible, and am loving "reverse recruiting" where I'm helping people that are looking for work. But, it is difficult to have the conversation with someone at a company who could say "yes" to have me work on a role. Any help/guidance is appreciated. Thanks all.
