What really annoys me is that we use meaningless phrases that become 'fashionable'. For instance: "User-Friendly". Just what does "user-friendly" really mean? Somebody, somewhere on the net once said that you could replace every single instance of "user-friendly" with the phrase "lemon-scented" and the meaning of that particular sentence wouldn't change in the slightest.
