The drama is about notice so I did a quick search of SMTP server software marketshare (number of servers, not users). Postfix apparently runs 37% of them. http

  I'm finding it interesting that Exim isn't mentioned once in the article or here, even though it's marketshare is much higher than Postfix's at 55%. Would be nice to have confirmation that Exim isn't affected at least.
