There appears to be no ability to search for a specific nursing home, especially one that's independent. A step cousin of mine is a state auditor for care and nursing homes in CA. There aren't many of them and I guess they have to do their jobs using data and complaints because they can't possibly hope to evaluate every facility every N years where N < 15.
