He is a danger to crappy security and those that fear free thinkers like him. There ought to be laws against locking people like him up. Rockstar said it cost them thousands of hours to recover...they could have asked him, and it might have cost them orders of magnitude less. Rockstar has hired the wrong people, lol.

  "Reports" is all they have. No evidence, only reports from a biased source (the prosecutors).

    By that standard what evidence would you ever accept? They almost certainly have video - prisons have cameras everywhere

      I would argue they certainly do not, otherwise they would use a more appropriate word than "reports". I certainly argee that there is no reason for them to not have video evidence. I am arguing that the apparant lack of video evidence in this case makes is especially apparant that the reports are fabricated.

  I wouldn't take that at face value - like accusations of resisting arrest - and to the degree it's true, what kinds of injury and property damage, a scratch and a broken glass? If the violence was so horrible, has he been charged or convicted for it?
