- turtleyacht 3y agoI've tried that, but no luck so far. Maybe in a few more years. Instead of playing Minecraft, we break out construction paper, glue, and scissors. Cacti creepers move around and boom--tickle, tickle. Instead of watching TV, we imagine stories or practice writing (or try to). "I'm bored!" has been exclaimed a couple times, a badge of honor. Sweeping my arm to the bookshelf fashioned out of a box of diapers, works by David Macaulay, Usborne, and poetry. "Good. Maybe you'll start reading these?"
