I'm a free tier user and GPT 3.5 got significantly worse for me in the last months. No amount of rationalization or "it's just you being biased" is going to change my mind. I resumed doing manually some code-related tasks I was doing with chatgpt because I had to torture the system to get what I wanted. In my opinion, this is the result of aggressive quantization for (understandably) savings
