Somewhere I read, that this was also a principle in the Prussian army's general staff.
- lockedinspace 3y agoMakes quite a lot of sense if you think about that. Most juniors could change their perspective cause someone in the meeting who they admire says otherwise. Of course, always backed up by actual data.
