why not use game engine(godot,etc) directly and write your editor on top of that instead? ImGUI is cool for gaming yes, but not good for daily normal GUI deskt

ImGUI is cool for gaming yes, but not good for daily normal GUI desktop apps, per the design.
- genocidicbunny 3y agoNot everyone uses an off-the-shelf game engine. Plenty of games are written with a bespoke engine.
