Might someone be able to share a link or two on the philosophy of architecting for the use of multiple CSS files such that you end up with what might be more likely-to-change CSS in one file, and then the rest more static in another(s). More or less taking his advice and then trying to maximize the benefit by trying to anticipate what CSS bits are most likely to be updated.
