Why take up arms and not reconfigure Germany's complacent auto industry for APCs production instead of diesel luxury sedans? It's currently a supply chain issue - Ukraine needs more shells, more mobile artilery, more armoured vehicles. The rest of Europe need it as well. Russia won't attack if the EU is armed to the teeth. That's what the guy is saying: arm yourselves, train your people. Just like Poland is doing.
