I did some searching at my university's library to get a broader journal selection and cannot find anything related specifically to reddit disinfo campaigns beyond US elections, but even then, nothing to suggest a specific % of reddit posts are fake. Judging by the author's other works, they seem to be on par with Real Raw News for bullshit artistry.
