Appreciate your thoughts! We did not set up group dinner at Ridejoy as some kind of mandate which we forced everyone to do - that would be pretty lame. Instead, this set up has evolved naturally out of our team's preferences. Our point with this post isn't to say this is ONE TRUE WAY to do things, but to share our way of doing things and encourage some dialog around building a startup's culture.
