- atlasunshrugged 3y agoI've always wondered why Disney hadn't been bigger into this business before. They already have the parks, hotels, and cruise liners, it makes sense to use their IP and relationships to build communities. I'm not a huge fan of Disney IP in particular, but if they put as much thought into their communities as they do into park design, it could be a wonderful place to live. Plus, they can always do mashups with other groups -- wait until you can live in Swift city full of The Rock's gyms and a mobility network delivered via Waymo cars (which will obviously be redesigned to look like Landspeeders).
