  To whom? To someone looking to ne surrounded by unquestioning, obedient effectors, too much intelligence is obviously not a desirable state of affairs. To people looking to protect themselves from others seeking to exploit them through artifice, info asymmetry, yand other forms of concealed coordination, you really can't have enough intelligence.
